yeah 17.2 pounds.
285's all the way around. they will be the Kumho V710's 285/30/18
the Axis Hiro's in the siggy are the daily driver wheels, these are only for Autocross.
I just hope they fit with how low I am.

Those are nice...i was thinking about a set of 245's but now maybe I'll go with something wider. Were you just not happy with the 245's for autocross purposes? If I may ask, where did you purchase these?

no the 245's are AMAZING!!! but rules allow for what ever you can fit in BSP. so running only 245's put me on a huge dissadvantage compared the the guys running much wider. there was a Vette once running something insane like a 335 or something like that. the 245 just could not hang with those sizes.
I am looking forward to seeing the differance. 245's were fun, cant wait to see what these are like.
the Enkei's are from Good Win Racing. they are a special order from Enkei as they do not mass produce that offset. from what I gather this offset is the ONLY way to get a 9.5" wheel all the way around.
Tires came from Tire Rack.

So does that mean they are going to stick out on the sides a little? I guess I'll have to wait to see the pics after you install them. You are going to post pics aren't you?

Team RX8 has pics of his car, which he runs in STU class w/street tires. (search for a thread from him). They fit perfect for our car, these wheels are made specifically for our cars, for guys that auto-x in STU, BSP or SM.
Here's that link:

I'm hoping to get the same setup soon....and I'll be looking to unload my stock wheels which already have the Kuhmo V710's in 245 sizing.
Speed, now you definately have to pick up some of those Volk Blue lugnuts, to go with your blue valve stem caps....

here is what it looks like with the tire mounted on the wheel. you can see what the NON mounted tire looks like compared to the mounted tire. only shrunk a little after mounting the 285's on the 9.5" wheel.
