I'm looking for a wing for my Black RX-8. The problem I keep running into though is that I think I see one that I like, but I'm just not sure how it'll look exactly on my car without pictures. Then I second guess myself because I am seeking perfection. So please start posting pics and offer some suggestions...

My preference is to purchase something a little higher than the stock OEM spoiler. Any suggestions??

If I didn't have holes in my trunk I woulda got one of the lip spoilers. Real subtle look and very cheap. Anyways heres my CF MS spoiler on my BB Rx-8.

So... I've seen the MS wing before & I like it the best out of the ones I've seen. I want something thats decently cheap (not over expensive) and gives the black 8 a sleek look. I may have to look into a lip, but my mind has been set for a while on something a bit tall.

Also I was talking to a buddy of mine who has seen a few stock spoilers put on other make/models of cars & he said he actually saw a Suburu WRX wing (the one that looks like a high tray) on an RX-8 once. What are your feelings on that or other OEM wings??

 

when you go tall, the rear end look awfully high.

2. Suby spoiler on a 8?....

 

Sorry to be blunt, but would you seriously put a subie wing on an 8? They look like **** on the subie. Out of those choices, go for the OEM.

Oh don't get me wrong... The Suby Wing wasn't really an interest of mine, I had just heard through the grapevine that it had been done. I like the one posted at http://www.speedoptions.com/article...index.php?pg=62 with the drift car... Here's another thing, I don't have an appearance package, side skirts, or kit.... would a wing like that not look right on a stock RX-8??
