I am a meat popcicle
You're basically moving the edge of your tire out about 29mm toward your fender edge. If my memory serves me right, 28mm would be the outer edge of the fender well for the rear.

I have a suggestion, since it will depend on which tire size you plan to use you might want to post it
a 9.5 with 265/35-18 Yoko Advan Neova fits with a 45mm offset, it rubs the lip with a 38mm offset, that particular tire runs a bit wide for it's specified sizing
I don't see a 10.5 not rubbing at that offset unless the fender lip is at least rolled flat, or it uses a very narrow tire, or the ride height is jacked up ...

no rubbing at all.
i was kinda confused after talking to 3 different people with diff backgrounds on it. decided to go with the hubcap store owner dude who consulted his distributor. running 275s on rears and no rubbing pretty much at all. and he also said i was running the minimum on offsets. lucky me i guess huh.

yes the tpms light is always on but theres a DIY where you can take it off permanently. you gotta cut a wire basically.

not all tires are created equal to their size rating, my 265/25-18 Yoko Advans are wider than any other 275 street tire, your 275 tires look narrow if that's a 9.5" wide wheel, almost looks like the rim lip is wider than the tire, my 265s on a 9.5" wheel have a nice bulge past the wheel lip
that's why I tried to get you to post your tire info

I'm looking at doing a 19x9.5 35mm offset for the rear with a 255/35/19 for the tire. Does anyone think i will have a problem with rubbing and will I have to roll my fenders? I am thinking i am going to have to. But, i figured i would ask anyways. Does anyone think that the tire would be sticking out of the wheel well? I would like it to be as close to flush as possible. But, if its out or in a little bit i wouldn't mind it. thanks for any info back

check the "will it fit" thread in the wheels and suspension section. It seems though that you will be very close and will most likely need to get ur fenders rolled
