Decarbing RX8

Has anyone done this recently? I saw a video and it doesn't look too hard but still not sure if I should do it or have someone else do it.

it's easy to do, make sure you have someone helping you as it's MUCH easier with 2 people.
look at NYCGPS's thread for tips / user feedback.

If I'm not mistaken, the CEL will go off in due time.
I triggered my ESPS code when I spun out during autocross. It went away after a while.

If your tired at looking at it and want to turn it off now, just disconnect one of the battery cable and wait a few seconds, then connect it back. After that, make sure you reset your DSC and re-programmed your radio again.

^Chill...
He's simply stating how to turn off the CEL...
If the car has real issues, the CEL will come back on anyway...

To OP, and disconnecting battery, means you'll have take few driving cycle for the ECU to relearn fuel trim.
