Yup. Other too like nhk, izoomzoom, and 04renesis are going. I just want to see how much my car is putting down with CZ on and off. No other mods, so it's gonna be a good baseline for me.

I'm curious about the long term fuel trim thing. I believe Maurice has a new version of the canscan software that can reset fuel trim. Xyntax, a suggestion: do three different runs using the canscan to log data. One run w/ current chip on, a second run w/ chip off, then reset fuel trim and do the third run w/ or w/o chip on as a control.
Scenario: your canzoomer map triggered long term fuel trim adjustments. Consequently your current dyno will look no better than "normal" stock, but your "chip off" stock will look worse since it runs that much richer. With the wide variances in HP output that could look like you simply have a lower output engine to begin with. If you reset fuel trim and the graph looks significantly different then you know something's up.

That's exactly what I was planning to do:
1. CZ on
2. CZ off
3. CZ off reset
About the new version, where can I get that? I think I need that since my Canscan hasn't been very reliable ever since I got it fixed from Dan. It has the faster chip, similar to CZ version I think. I am unable to run the Harrison software because it doesn't work with the CZ canscan chip, so he sent me the CZ version. But now, I can only do short runs before the software crashes. If I reach 8000 rpms and above while logging via multi-view, it gives random errors and then crash.
I can only do the quick view where it shows rpms, lambda, and AFR. So I'm out of luck as far as logging fuel trim, ignition, etc.

I have canscan myself and I am going. still I have not have the newer version that able to reset the fuel trim. (mine is Version 350R7)
My plan is
1. current cz tuned map.
2. cz with zero map.
3. cz off.
I got high flow cat back and cz mod (suspension mod is not related to dyno)

Don't forget about heatsoak. The runs after the first should be a bit lower regardless.

^ Yeah, I thought about that too. I also don't want to turn off my CZ for the first couple runs and then later turn it on. It takes awhile for it to come alive again. I usually get weird idle after turning it off and on, and then 2 or 3 drives later it comes back to normal again.
So there, I'd rather leave it on as it is now and make a run and then turn it off for the rest of the runs.

We'll be doing it again when the weather clears up. I think this will be the 8th dyno/bbq for us.
Too bad you guys missed when we had a 3 rotor FC3S, R32 Skyline, and 440hp FD3S dyno one after the other.
