BHR ignition and warranty?

So I'm working on getting a new motor in warranty (Mazda denied it even though it failed compression since it doesn't have trouble starting or misfire) in the next year and a half and I'd previously planned to do the BHR ignition and midpipe as reliability mods. The midpipe will definitely wait until the conclusion of warranty drama, but I really think the car could use a fresh ignition regardless. Would I put my claim in jeopardy by getting a non-factory ignition?

just stick with stock until your warranty expires, the last thing you need is to forget to swap them out before making a claim and have mazda tell you to F-off due to the aftermarket ignition.
