Maybe whilst you are at it you can demonstrate how easy it is to remove the whole front bumper!! Just in case anyone needs or wants to put protective screens or air ram duct etc!!!!

Move to Vic! You know you want to
----------------------------------------------
Thanks to those who want to contribute a lot more to the day. But we will have to see how time constraints goes. The above in Andrews 1st post will happen, as for extras, it depends on the time. There will definately be a DIY Workshop #2.
Andrew, do you plan on adding Craigs name to the list, or is he leaving us the keys to his place and not attending :P (I'm being smartass sowwy lol)

lol yes sorry, Craigs added.
As for the extra stuff, Kall is right. We will struggle for time as it is but we will do another of these later in the year. Most of these suggestions dont need a hoist anyway so makes it a lot easier.
As for non VIC people, go have a chat to one of the nicer dealers or MazFix, Ric Shaw, etc.
Cheers

I never been to Craig's "office"
Di qe have more spaces (floor space) around the hoist? A covered spot will do us for centre console or light bulb changes.

The days schedule will be prepared by Andrew and I today. This day will be more for basics and fact that we'll have a lot of new people attending I think its best we stay in 1 group for this so everyone has attention on 1 thing, as for those who have little or no experience (such as myself), it could be a lot of information to absorb in 1 day. So baby steps!
We'll have the schedule of the day up soon. Depending on how this DIY goes, we may have the next DIY a lot sooner then planned and be able to perhaps seggregate into groups and such if people wish, but for this 1 remaining together I think will be the best way to go. It definately wil be easiest for the beginners if those who are a bit more "expert" in the matter remain with us and able to answer questions

For your underprivileged interstate members, it would be nice if someone could document each procedure with pics and words and produce some concise DIY threads for the forum.
