370Z VS 135i
#52
I would de-badge the 135i if I got it. I have always debadged my cars but couldn't with the RX8 because of the holes that are left behind them. I think badges are tacky and a good way for ******* to show off. I know what model of car I am driving and don't need to check the back each day to remember. It is free advertising for the car company and just gets in the way when you wash your car. BMW have a "Model Deletion" option where they debadge your car for you before you get it.
It's usually the people who buy their lower-end cars that delete them. It must make them feel better about having the "bottom of the range" or something.

I've seen plenty of debadged Mercs and Bimmers in Sydney that are top of the range or indeed AMG or M division cars (no. of tail pipes and the sound is often the giveaway). Some people just like the subtle look.
I'm thinking of debadging the Revolvermobile when I get some panel work done soon. I think the rear end is too busy and could do with some decluttering...
