LOL, not sad for me but sad for them. No problem takahashi.

I like to slow down and brake for them then take off so they'll remember.

They wont be able to see your light cause they have overtaken you right? hehe why do you use the brakes in corners anyway?

Have you ever taken driving lessons? You got to slow down before the corners don't you? After you get in them then you lay off he brakes and hit the throttle and go...

I use the gears to slow down

Anyway my comment was more directed at the fact that the other mentioned cars would be way ahead of the RX8 anyway

D MANAC and L&L ...

I have done it in 29 minutes and 30 seconds... I have to do it twice as I stupid enough to put it upside down.

I put in behind the red lens so I only show when I put the brakes on and it is great. The photo is misleading but there is still light through the black bit to show the sihouette.

Great product Dennis

Thanks, Takashi. You were running a race to install it? :D

Yes, a bit of the light does show through the black masking. It would take 4 films to totally block it out. However, when placing it behind the red lens, there is a bit of bleed through because the lens is designed to disipate the light across it as evenly as possibe. My preferred method is in front, but I wanted to let others choose their method. The photo that is in the instructions is a photo of it behind the lens. I took them myself and was meticulous in labeling each as I copied them into the folder. I actually had the assembly out of the car sitting on a chair with a 12 volt battery hooked up to it whe I took the pic. Light is the hardest damned thing to photograph.

Good job all round I think.

Easy to follow even for a dill like me.

I found the inner 2 red casing (one is for light bulb and one is the uneven surface for illumination) are attached together. I did not seperate them in fear of not putting them back together. So sticking the tape in is a bit difficult. Good that the cut is perfect so it is easy to stick in place.

I rather have this design than any RX8 logo - any smaller then it look gay. And the fact that it is half shadowed make it perfect.

I much prefer behind the lens method

I did notice that the two were connected but no one else has reported this to me. I did separate them and they go back together as if they were meant to be separated in the first place. I did look long and hard at it before I did this though. I'm used to separating computer cases, opening them up and working on them so I look long and hard before doing such.

For future reference, it can be separated and you are not the only one who has installed it upside down at first. :D

I have sold these to several women who have installed them and not one said she put it in upside down, though but they all have put them in.

I think women can be better at orientation... I don't know about the screw bit. Yes I think it is easy enough for anyone to do it.
