Another newbie in Brissie
Hi All,
Just posting my first message to say hello to all. Picked up my Black one last Thursday, been too busy driving and not on the net. :-)

Yep the black looks good, but as I am finding out, very hard to keep clean.
Didn't get anything extra, just some floor mats. Going to get it tinted this Saturday.
Hymee, wasn't me.. I'm still from the north side, but not that north.

rev it up
Great color. My 8 is black as well. I have to wash the car every week as it seems to be a dust magnet.
Hey Hymee that black 8 you saw on Dholes Rock Rd could have been me as I live that way.

Yeah - I just picked up on that via the roll-call thread, and have PM'ed you.
I would like to let other forum members see/hear my exhaust before it gets taken off for the jig making. Nearly happened today infact.
Cheers,
Hymee.

Hey Hymee,
no muckin' about with Brisbanites flashing your exhaust at them when it should be on the workbench multiplying, so it's progeny can go forth and be heard (daily for the likes of me).

Like most projects, there are 3 variables - Time, Quality and Price. Normally you can only fix 2 of those, and I have fixed the 2 most important in the long run - Quality and Price. So I have to be patiend myself

You will be well rewarded for your patience when it arrives and you get it fitted up. I had a Monaro driving friend happen to see and hear it today (and drive), and he thought is was very nice. That meant a lot to me to hear that from a long time V8 owner :D
Hoping now to get the "master" off my car tomorrow and get things moving again.
Cheers,
Hymee.
