AutoExe RX-8 steering wheel.. it looks like you can have it your steering wheel wrapped to red leather (maybe other colours??) and also in suede.
i like the bigger thumbrest and the fact it makes the steering wheel little more bulky for better grip.. (like those in bmw m3 :D )
anybody know whether we can get this in Australia??
here are pics.

I have black and white (CORRECTION: black/red 2 tone) steering wheel
There is a Autoexe distributer in Hong Kong right boyboydan. Used to be called GT sport and they have changed name to Super GT or something.
BoyBoyDan you can sus it out for playa78 if convinence for you and I can bring it back for you. I am coming to Sydney for conference on 11 March.
Sound like a good plan if you want the cheapest way to do it.
Otherwise, go in to a good mod shop run by an Asian - they will have contact to get one for you too

^oh? I thought you had one, maybe I didn't understand what you meant.
They look nice, I'm tempted to get one. But only if I know I can get it on myself and have it look seemless. Curious as to how the back part looks once it's on too.

I find the stock wheel is just the right thickness but then again, my hands aren't huge. Also couldn't live without cruise on the freeway (that is, my licence couldn't)!
What got my attention in the second photo Playa78 posted was the handbrake. I've always found the rubbery guarded handle a bit naff. Does anyone know whether the handle in the photo is aftermarket or just stock in other countries?

There it is.

I am a bit unsure about the plano black bit, but it is real leather. Very nice. I think it is about $200. Then again, Mazda charge much more in their half leather handbrake in their accessories menu

Cheers Taka.
Not a priority at the moment (still saving up to make Hymee richer) but I'll file that one away for when I get around to prettying up the interior.
