Sandown looks a bit like what we did at the ProDrive day which is free for all UK owners. Had a fantastic time and took some pictures.

The Level 1 course is basically the same as 10 years ago... but 10 years ago I was doing it in the carpark of Sandown not on track. But this time I only did those 3 moves but I remember I did more 10 years ago.

I reckon the best courses are the ones run by local car clubs. In the ones I've been involved in for a fee of $65 you get to learn some decent braking ( wet and dry) and maneuvering techniques, then you get taught the lines of the track (mallala) and for the last half of the day you get to attack the track at high speed (at your own comfort) with an instructor next to you and the really competent ones are then let loose on their own (there often aren't too many of these).
The courses are run by enthusiasts who want to be there sharing their knowledge and skills, not by employees who have to be there.

Yeah - I wasn't actually going to bother - interested to see what the feedback was.
I'm going to get the car out to Wakefield soon on one of their Track Days.
Anyone interested?
