Certainly cute. However, I note that the intention is that it will sit above the TT and below the Boxter/Cayman in price. Expect a price range then from say $90-110k, depending on whether you want extras such as magnetic damping or even floor mats. Sure is pretty, though. It suggest that the Japanese really do need to lift their styling game, doesn't it?

The car not only looks awesome but the running gear as in Engine type and transmission have been around in other cars and well and truly tested .
Hopefully no major teething problems upon release .
The basic 2 liter TFSI engine is easi to upgrade towards 200+ kw
Cheers

Looks great. Hope it's under $100K but I doubt it, especially the way our lousy $ is trading. I just hope it's not too heavy with the quattro and all the other running gear...
Meanwhile, Audi has a TT-RS on way that should be a real weapon too...

R4 will not be under $100K. TT-S is already close to $9X K on the road. I think I was expecting to pay $95K for a S tronic (automatic) Audi TT-S after discount.
I doubt they will need that many cars. It is very hard to sell them in recession all around Europe.
TT-RS will be way over $100 and close to Cayman S price.
