DISAPPOINTED
You would think that mazca would have sorted out the ADR EMMISION figures before they proudly announced the HI-POWER figures to the general public and the motoring journalists .One thing for sure is that the price will stay the SAME even though the kw a down by 7kw and that the australian dollar is rising this making it cheaper to bring the car into .australia .It makes me wonder what other suprises will mazda unleash upon us ,the interior on the yellow car has already dissapointed me ,now i loose 7kw what next .Those of us who have been brave enough to commit to preorde r are i feel not really being looked after i should not have to find important info thru the forum a phone call from head office would have been far more appropriate .THE wrx sti ,may turn out to be the safer option tried and truly tested great dealer feedback and finance deals??? makes one think.

and more bad news.....
I've just come off the phone to my dealer in Sydney who told me that they've received notification from Japan this week that the first deliveries into Australia have been put back until August.
I am very disappointed as I have been told all along by my dealer that my car would be delivered in June. Now I (and you) have to wait another 2 months. Mazda Sydney are very appologetic. The reason, Mazda Japan have said, is because the demand in Japan has been so high they will fulfill their local orders before the International orders.
