For all you rotary nuts out there, latest issue of Motor (Feb '09) has a lengthy piece on the history of the rotary engine with some great pics of the '67 Cosmo (compared to the series II RX8 GT) and lots of other goodies...

I picked a copy up today, the last one left.

Great pics of the Cosmo 110 to the RX-8 GT, love the red 10A RX-3 Coupe, the same one I had all those years ago., plus all the other models shown.

Good to see them all out on the track/roads, including Moffats RX-7....
I have great memories of that era when I was at Bathurst with Mazda's and their corporate tent, great memories of flying in on a twin engine sesner.
It was the year before they (Moffat) got the 13B Fuel Injector-ed engine approved by Cams and there was high hope he would win, until he was shunted at the start line...what a disappointment.

BTW: Honda Accord Euro won WHEELS COTY!
