Car Bra
I though y'all might be interested in seeing what a car bra looks like on the '8. Not someting I drive around with everyday, but as the second picture shows, well worth it for interstate trips. Dead bug city....

$374 delivered. Ph. CAR BRA Aust. on (03) 9469 5366.
BTW - I don't work for them, but their customer service was excellent, so I don't mind passing their number on. My bra was delivered 48 hours after I rang them!

Hmmm, maybe for a trip down the freeway, at night, when no one else was on the freeway and could see you in that thing... Looks pretty horrible, but can definitely see the point of having it for big trips... I have a black 8 too, so it probably wouldn't look so bad...

I would think it would be more important to protect the paintwork from stones. Bugs are easy to get off if you know how. I would be more worried about:

Bugs clogging the oil cooler
The thing flapping and pounding the paint finish.
It looks absolutley [spew smilie]
What is the last thing that goes throug a grasshoppers mind...
Cheers,
Hymee.
BTW sco - Duco hasn't been used as a paint finish for years :p but unfortunatley it has come into common use. One of the three D's from the "Dulux" company - Dulux, Dulon and Duco. [/historyLesson]
