car switched off... automatically

guys i had a recent experience which i cannot explain and wonder if any of youse could help..

i was driving down the hume and there was a red light up ahead so me being lazy me i popped the car into neutral and rolled along.. then all of a sudden i see my oil pressure, temperature gauges just drop as if the car turned off.. i saw all the lights like battery and low oil indicators come on.. it was like the car stalled.. but i think the music was still playing.. then i put it back into gear and everything was normal again... can anyone explain this ?

also.. does anyone's gear stick shake heaps... like if u push it all the way right or left.. does it shake? coz i think my car is farked it shakes like a bitch...

I've driven an s15 where leaving it in neutral will stall it, this is a problem due to his

a/market trust pod filter. I'm not sure how NA cars work. I suggest you look at all hoses

that connect along the intake line.My gear stick shakes yet it is minimal. Maybe your

problem is the a/market intake. If you have one, go to mazda i suggest.

The first thing Mazda will blame is the intake. It sounds like it is buggering up something at idle, in relation to the MAF.

Cheers,
Hymee.

Hymee san could you elaborate more.?

Say if we disconnect the MAF sensor while running... will it stall the engine?
