Carshow this weekend

For all you brisbane guys.

There is an annual mothers day carshow at macleans bridge.
It is mainly old restored cars and that. It is held by the triumph club. It is held on the sunday.

My parents enter their 2 MG's and stag every year. They sold the stag last year so just the MG's this year.

Anyway, it is open to new cars as well, as the MX5 club has a display and stuff. There were a few lotuses and ferraris last year.

So I thought I would enter the RX8 just for a laugh this year.
I figured I spend most of the day there anyway looking at the cars may as well enter the car.

It is only a gold coin donation to get in to look at the cars.

It usually runs from 8am - 1pm. Maybe a bit earlier I would have to confirm.

So if anyone wants to check out my car come down and have a look.

Macleans bridge is at North Maclean on the beaudesert highway just before Jimboomba. It is in the street directory if you have one made after about 98.

We could organise a cruise afterwards maybe out towards cunungra, and Mt Tamborine.

Sounds like a good idea, but potentially flawed in a family sense for me.

another ferrari with sheep skin car seat covers. Wonder if they were extra, but to me it is all about the leather in a ferrari.

My personal favourite.

A GT3 that was fully kitted out as a race car.

DragToys,

Good post - nice pics!

I can really see those eye-lids in you pics. Nicer looking than the vinyl ones in the DIY thread.

Cheers,
Hymee.

(PS - Some bastard shot holes in your mirrors! )
