Hi, my name is John from Perth in Western Australia.
I ordered a series 1 RX8 sump on the 9/7//22 and a radiator and belly pan on the 7/8/2022 from the company called "RX8 performance" in Florida USA.
I still have not received these products i have emailed and spoken to the owner several times and all i get is story after story and no action!
Meanwhile he has $2,481.12 of my money in Australian dollars and i have no products.
I am going through the motions to try and sort this out.
My reason for this post is to warn people about this company and has anyone else had a problem with this company?

I'm also in Perth, and I bought an aluminium radiator belly pan from the same company with no problems.

I contacted them to see about this. They said that it was shipped quite a while ago and they are waiting for a trace to see what's up.

Did you ship it with tracking?

They arranged shipping, on the 6th of December i got a message saying it had been dispatched.
They didn't send me a tracking number.
I really don't think it has been sent.
Anytime i ask questions i never get a straight answer and he never answers all my questions!
I am still waiting to get an answer about the radiator and the belly pan, i have no idea about them.

The quality of the aluminium radiator belly pan looks good.
Don't know how it fits because I also need the sides before I can bolt it up.
