Finally got one!
Last Saturday I flew up to Sydney and drove back to Melbourne in my (read the finance companies) RX8! Check out the pics at:

Welcome to da club! Nice to see one of your photos is of the car at the petrol bowser!! Fun + heavy left foot = $$ but hey I bet you bought the car for what it is and it's handling! Nice way to run the motor in!!

Oh well most of us are going to event oneill in few weeks tho...... hmm
Coffee catch up perhaps ? We could goto SkyHigh in Dandenong Mountains one nite, gives u guys a nice drive and also heaps parking, nice views, big cafe/restaurant... ?

Daylight is lasting much longer now
But we wont be sitting outside like last time Eric.. lol I'm just thinking we could have something arranged perhaps in Oct or Nov... I know I cannot do anything on the weekends of Oct 27-29th and weekend of Nov 3-5

Here's a silly idea...
On October 13 Nova 100's Dave Hughes is giving away a pimped Holden Premier at a party at Frostbite in Chapel Street. They'll drive the car up and down Chapel Street till it runs out of fuel or something.
Maybe we could gather and do a few passes along Chapel Street that night! Then go find somewhere for some night shots - St Kilda, Station Pier...?
Would take a bit of planning, but could be fun - remind Hughesy what he's missing, since he sold his 8 a couple of years ago when he got a Holden advertising deal...

i rememebr hughesy was bagging the rx8 once on tv.... maybe he got burnt or maybe he needed a v8 to boost his you-know-what.

Hughesy annoys me.. his voice. i like MANLY voices, deep voices...mmm hahaha nothing like a deep masculine voice saying KALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL hahahaha

Yay.. tomorrow i got another reason to start another off topic thread bahaha
my mama turned 56 last week, i got her new rims, new numberplates, yesterday we did new exhaust and today window tint. I'm converting her into a fun hip car chick! lol well trying to.. she even said to me yesterday if she was younger she would join in at skidpan etc.. lol whooo I guess its how they say, ur only as old as u feel! I keep my mum young! and i just give my dad grey hairs.. lol

He's a funny bastard I reckon although I see what Kall means about his voice. It's a trademark of his style of humour but living with it would be hard work.
