I am thinking of attending a boring conference in Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday 10 Oct 2004... will stay for a weekend if I do... but going to cost me money... so I am asking...

IS THERE anything interesting to do with you Brisbane people on the Saturday? I am trying to get my wife to stay home Michael. So there you go.

I will find out the cost of the frieght and accomodation. Then I will decide.

I am not an expert on Brisbane however if you make it to the Gold/coast whit out your wife HMMMM the possibilities are only as good as your imagination and the size of your wallet , great food , good clubs and plenty of good ***** to wolf down . :p

It would be great to get some of the Brisbane boys out for a rx8 drive day and head down to the clubs after hours, we could have a welcoming TAKA / EARLY CHRISTMAS PRE BIRTH PARTY FOR YOUR BABY .(You supply cigars )

Maybe there will be something to do with you guys if you are free... I am working out how many kilometer is there from Melbourne to Brisbane.... I think it is too far to drive :o

Taka i have done this 2000KM one way drive numerous times , yes its long but enjoyable if you have the time to stop halfway RESTand leave the next day .

My last drive greatly improved my confidence in my RX8 , THE CAR HANDLED AND DROVE GREAT .

Why buy a great piece of machinery and then just drive around the suburbs or occassionally on the track ???

If an old fart like me can do it it should be a breeze for a youngster like you . :p
