Good dealer in Sydney
Hi, I am new to this forum. I am thinking to change my current car to RX8. I am now driving 2002 WRX Sti. Good car, but I miss a good FR. Also the RX8 looks sooo good. Can anyone recommend me any good dealer in Sydney ? Can we get this car below full retail price? I don't want to lose a lot at resale like my current 02 Sti. I don't know whether I should keep my Sti or change it. If I can get a few thousand discount then I seriously consider it.

Hey Winning,
I've heard through the MX-5 club that Newells are pretty good.
Why don't you ask MX-5 Club Forum? They know ALL the dealers.
As a side note, I reckon you'd go far to find a better car for the money so I'd say DO IT.
As another aside note, you'll be VERY lucky to get a discount on these cars as they're all basically pre-sold, which means that the dealer also has the ability to charge MORE than the RRP (MRSP) set by Mazda. Having spoken to my dealer and dropped words like ACCC and the like they're sticking to the RRP but maintain that they're quite within their rights to charge more.

I agree with you Ric, my Sti maybe a much faster car but it look so ordinary. I,ve been calling around dealers, I even tried two dealers outside Sydney but not much luck. One dealer offer me a small discount while the other one willing to put me on the first batch as an excuse to get it from them. I will try again, I am sure this is the car that I want to have How about yours Ric, June delivery I assume? This is going to be one of the longest one month for you eh

Ric, are you in Sydney or Melbourne or...? If I put my order in will I be included in their drive day? I am thinking of late July or August delivery for my RX8. I need some time to sell my Sti, hope that I get a good price for it

Hi all, 1st in Tassie! Are we going to be able to sxpect a steady stream of cars or are there only going to be 2 shipments this year? We ordered in February, ordered put through in March, 1st batch unlikely, but I got all these mates at school asking me when the new car is coming, like to be able to give them a better answer than a shoulder shrug.
