But my mother-in-law just visted Oz a few weeks back and brought back some boxes of Tim-Tam cookies. I never had them before.
D@mn, they are good!

Tim Tams are great. They also do double-chocolate and white chocolate versions. I think you also miss out on twisties, Coopers Ale, and yellow cheese over in the States.
Actually, I remember finding some yellow cheese for sale at a Winery somewhere near St Lois Obisbo (sp?) north of Santa Barbara.

They also make Dark, Hazelnut, and Caramel. Original and Dark are my favourites; Double-Coat are good, but you get fewer in the pack.
I miss my Tim-Tams. Fortunately, a couple of friends here became addicted to them when they visited Oz a couple of years ago, so every now and then we get together and order a few cases of them from Arnott's online store. Shipping is prohibitive if you only buy one case, but if you buy several it becomes worthwhile.
Now if only I could find a place that would ship Weston's Wagon Wheels!

Hi had the original and caramel ones. I *really* liked the caramel ones. ![Smilie](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Hey... Arnott's online store! Good call eccles!![Smilie](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Yellow cheese... well, I live in Wisconsin and we used to be known as "America's Dairlyland" as we produced more milk and cheese than anywhere in the US. But since, California and their "factory farms" has taken over in volume.
But we make up for it in quality.![Smilie](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
We have a yellow cheese... cheddar. not sure if it's the same thing.
Cooper's Ale? I could always go for a good brew.
I'll have to see if I can scare that one up.

Coopers Ale. Australian high strength naturally conditioned ale. Available in all good pubs across the land (of Australia).

FWIW, I've actually seen Coopers Pale Ale in stores here in Texas. I suspect that, like US Fosters, it's probably brewed in Canada under licence, but it tasted pretty good to me. (Though after drinking the **** that the major American breweries pass off as beer, most anything would taste good by comparison!)

/* way off topic */
Coopers Pale Ale is brewed and bottled only in Adelaide, South Australia. Older bottles come from nice leafy suburb called "Leabrook". Newer bottles come from a nice new factory in an industrial cesspit.
And unlike Fosters, there is no arsenic in the beer ...
