It's not where you get your tertiary education that matters kids - it's what you do with it that counts. It's just a ticket to greater things.

uni

Syd Uni rocks

( except for the bloody long walk from Redfern, atleast it is better than UNSWer wait to b squeezed into a bus at Central station) ............

i m on Trish side, went to Sydney UNi for 9 years.............. ( in case u think this guy must fail alot of time, no i did a Physio degree ..finish .. didn't like .. so i did a Telecom engineering)..

didn't like working as a engineer either....i just wasted 9 of studying and a **** of load hecs debts to paid of... ( i getting a headache thinking about it)

Trish take your car to Crown wash on railway pde, their have detailing service . ask them to buff out the scrathes for u cheaper than $300.

btw , i have seem a Winning Blue driving around cabramatta .. and i usually pour petrol at the Shell petrol at the corner of John st and Cumberland Hwy..

Let me settle this once and for all.

UNSW has better facilities. UNSW is not in the middle of Redfern and Central and peak hour traffic. UNSW is close to Coogee and Maroubra. Nothing better than finishing your final exams and cruising to Maroubra for ice cream.

Oh yeah and UNSW has 5 hr parking lot parking for 4$.

What does USYD have? Nothing much except that Harry Potter building and overpriced on-campus parking or parking on the street and getting sideswiped by taxis.

OMG!!! Arguing over universities, UAIs etc
This might as well be a pissing contest, lets put that on hold and see what all you guys do with those brains and degrees, (Kunz, I know you are already doing something with it)

Back on topic, Miss Trish that is bad luck about the car, I had a scrape put on my car by a valet car park, it was just behind the rear wheel arch, they had to respray the entire bumper. The cost was $404.00.
Yours will be slightly higher being metallic paint.

All the best with the fix.....and to all you guys comparing Universities......GET A JOB YOU BUMS!!

I love how the kids of today talk about racing in one breath and panel damage in another.

Or do I just have a fine sense of irony?

Hey Miss Trish I can relate to you. When I was younger I had a commodore was leaving for an appointment and reversed out of the driveway at warp speed.....as my mum drove in the driveway. Whammo we collided. Try explaining that to the insurance man! I could hear he was trying not to burst out laughing.
Uni is a distant memory for me!!

Good luck with getting the car fixed!

You are proposing that 2 automatic RX-8's (one with the driver being a 19 year old red p-plater asian girl who has already had an accident in the first few months of car ownership) team up for a race? BAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

I will park my car at the finish line and wait with popcorn. As was mentioned earlier, being auto won't help your cause Trish =P

And as for getting a job, I have one (graduated uni 4 years ago)... but it won't stop me arguing the supremacy of UNSW, purely based on how close it is to the beaches! Spent many a uni day lazing around on the sand at Coogee..ahh memories.

Me and uni... shameful. I spent way too much time in the library...

I should have had the time spent on disco and girls - now I am married - time wasted.

Oh if that's the case, it makes it much better for the automatic cars then. I saw heaps of automatic cars in Tokyo Drift...and they're all over the D1 circuits too

Heh heh....i'm just stirrin the pot now aren't I....
