Sorry to hear that you wont have the rx8 till the 20th of august ,never mind the wait is worth it ,having difficulty keeping outside of car clean fingerprints and nose prints from zealous admirers this car gets more attention than ELLE MCPHERSON .

FUNNY
This thread is bloody Hilarious,
I received my 8 yesterday, drove around 150 k's through the Dandenong ranges before return home late. I too was awake around 0350 frustrated that it would be another 2 hours before I had to get up to DRIVE to work! I should have jumped on the net and seen this thread at the time!
We are certainly a sad bunch of individuals! Lock and Load, if your wife can be contracted on an hourly basis she'll make a fortune out of this forum!:D

No, I didn't see you. Never leave Sydney for the past three months. I found that on another forum.

I just thought:
Gold Coast + Yellow + mid 40's + lucky bugger = Lock and Load
And I hit a jackpot. Since it was not that cold this afternoon, I can produce some useful thoughts.

OFFER FROM FAT ARAB
Driving around the gold coast having parked opposite legends hotel visiting a friend i noticed 3 arabs hanging around checking my car out ,as i approached the car one of them asked a bout what type it was and wether it had 8 cylinders ,anyhow i tried to explain that it was a rotary my arabic is non existing and their english was reasonable . to cut the story short he asked if i would sell the car to him , i said that i have only haded for 4 days however if he made a good offer id consider , apparently he cannot drive manual but just loved the shape and colour , i gave them my mobile number and who knows he said he will ring me on the weekend ,he asked about the price i told him 67000 but explained that there is a long waiting list of buyers for the car .
IFhe makes me a good ofer i will be put in an awkward position of what to do ,he comes from dubai and apparently wealthy.
