I still have a sore shoulder after the bike ride. My butt is ok though.

Contrary to common believe, you use basically the whole body (least in the abdominal) for the bike ride. Upper body strength is important to put the bike up the hill.

My arms are aching too. I'm just getting my legs back now. I couldn't walk for 2 days.

Maybe next year we could join the 40km/h group. How about it Taka???.

Joel has been hiding....

We need to turbo charge ourselves (more training) if we want to hold on the back of the 40km/h group. You know after Geelong and at Mt Martha they will still be at 35kmh.
