Mazda HI-Spec Factory Alarm - Problems

I am continuing to have the following intermitent problems while the car is in my garage ( and maybe when its parked and I'm not around ). Has anyone else had problems ?

1. Lock doors with remote - sometime later alarm goes off for no reason, unlock/relock car and it goes off again later. End up opening/closing (doors boot bonnet) and then most times it seems happy.
2. Unlock car, while getting in it re-arms itself and the goes off while i'm sitting in it . Took 4 attempts to get it to dis-arm itself.
3. Wash car or heavy rain, lock car and it locks but then "chirps 4-5 times" but the alarm doesn't go off.
4. Alarm went off while parked but couldn't get it to stop, wouldn't dis-arm until I opened the drivers door.

Very bizarre!
It should be covered under warranty, take it back to the dealer you brought it from and let them worry about it.

Mine has been back twice already but still no solution and the dealer doesn't know what's wrong with it. First vist the sensitivity was turned down to try to rectify the problem ( so low that you could probably dismantle the car without the alarm going off - well aleast bash as hard as you could on the tyres with out it going off )

Is it a high spec Mazda alarm now is it??? hehe.

I bet they bring in the local alarm installer and just put some 200 dollar unit in.

Regards
Phillip.

My Factory fitted alarm has none of these problems. The only issue I have is sometimes I get three beeps to unlock instead of one.
