My "welcome home" present from MA...

went "away" for a week with the missus, and guess what i got when i came back? :D (while suffering a bad case of stomach ache )

well.... sent an email to Mazda Australia (from the mazda website) a few days before going away to "hint" that i didnt get the zoom zoom rotary cap and zoom zoom chamios in my welcome pack :p

when i got back last night.... the big **** mazda envelop was sitting on the bench for me :D now lets hope these two items will be more durable than the rotary t-shirt

anyway.... spent quite a while reading all the "new/updated" threads for the past week... and there were alot of tensions within, so i thought.... mmm.... lets post something more lay back and happy...

we didnt go far at all.... stayed at The Westin Sydney, and had the 8 valet parked all these time...... the boys at The Westin took good care of the 8, sp its all good.... cant rememebr how many ppl "drove" the 8 during the past week :D
one interesting comment was... "very nice car sir, but it is very tricky to drive...", and i was looking at the missus and think... wtf...?

oh.... just for you timbo.... the concierge put a tag on the key ring, and it says my 8 is "orange" :D

Have just spoken with the concierge desk at the Westin. They certainly remember you: the tight bugger with the funny chafed crotch walk who only tipped $2 (ducks) :D

They now know the colour is "Royal Jaffa"...or "Jamaican Sunset"....or "Burnt Blaze"...or "Mandarin Glow"...or.....Oh shut up Tim!

NO book, key ring, chamios, t-shirt or cap...

Oh well... Dem's the breaks...

I was thinking that free long sleve cotton shirts for the Nats would be good.

Not bad at all, better than what Holden give for a car of the same price, sweet FA!

ROFL - Gotta love a guy who photographs his mail before and after opening it! :D :D :D

You've obviously taken good notice of your fridge magnet - little Johnnie would be pleased.

We've been to the Westin for the odd dirty weekend (sans kids of course). Good joint.

Holy moly - didn't get hardly any of that.

Still, I can buy plenty with the money I saved!!! :p :D :D :D

Seriously, Mazda came good with the Murcotts course (after a bit of prompting from moi). Booked in for 31 October - might be a tad dangerous so soon after the Nats weekend!!! :D :D
