Hi All
I have been fortunate enough to join the elite club of RX8 drivers with the recent purchase of a 2004 Red RX8.
I am Melbourne based and have BREWER number plates, if you see me on the road give me a toot!
Cheers

Welcome Brewer!
Your best bet is to work your way through the stickies in the Aus regional forum first and then start looking at anything of interest.
Some great people here - I've learned heaps about the car since jumping on earlier in the year.
You'll find the Victorians are pretty active, led by Taka's enthusiasm to a large extent! :D
Hope you can make the Nationals in October at Wakefield.

Revolver, Gomez & Timbo
Thanks for the info and welcome.
Gomez your powers of deduction are amazing. Yes I work for CUB now know as Fosters Australia (got to push the company line even though it will always be CUB to me)
I'll have to see if I can make it to Wakefield, sounds like a must attend event.
Cheers

Very fond of a nice Peter Lehmann Clancy (working through some 1998s with the Finance Director) - driven very carefully to Queensland by us in our MPV (at the time). Stored very carefully for 5 years. Could hold a heap of wine in a MPV - one downside of an RX-8 w/o tow bar.. If Fosters would care to expand, I would be very keen on wider availability of Peter Lehmann.
Welcome to the forum. Like Timbo says - please consider the Nationals there are a great bunch of people in this forum. (Well some of those US people are a bit odd - but then they have their own place to play..) :D

xxup you'll be glad to hear that we put bundy and cola into kegs for diageo. :p
fosters now has more wine assets than beer. I not sure how they would feel about sponsoring the nats with the drink driving thing but at least they could send a few cougar girls along.
Cheers

Keep us posted about these cougar girls...
Our local bakery employs a couple of young girls who both make the woman in the Cougar ad look positively flat chested.
So far I have managed to resist the tempation to say "... and five Cougars, please" when ordering my bread, but it's been soooo tempting.
If I was twenty something I could probably get away with it, but when you're pushing 60 you're more likely to get your face slapped, branded as the local pervert, and had up for sexual harassment...
