The keyless entry which is standard on the new RX-8 Revelation can't be too far away though.

I like the Snowflake White Pearl... but after polishing my black yesterday.. I love black even more now.... White and black is still not as photogenic as brighter colours... what is Galaxy Grey... how does it compare with other grey - is it closer to tit grey or carbon grey?
The integrated key/remote is quoted as $200 on the RX-8
I told the salesman no thanks. But at least I have one for my SP23.

My apologies. I mentioned keyless entry in my first post.....I meant keyless entry and keyless start. Mazda only has this available on the Revelation at this time, though it will appear on the other '06 RX-8's sooner rather than later, I'm sure.

Standing still in this market can be dangerous. For instance, look at the improvements made to the 350Z.
I wonder if it implies that Mazda's development $ is being spent on another sports model (e.g. the next RX7).

There was a NewB here has a nordic green and he lives around CBD Melbourne. I saw him the other day near QV.
Exchanged a few emails with him and seems to be a nice guy. If you are here, sing out Mike (if I remember your name correctly

Nordic is very rare here. Of the first 200 RX-8's shipped to Australia, only three were Nordic Green.
Of the other one hundred and ninety seven, there were 73 Red, 20 Winning Blue, 17 Titanium, 24 Yellow, 42 Black and 21 Silver.

I reckon they only included the green in the event that the stringbacked glove set took to the car and wanted a variation of BRG.
Personally, I think it is a drab colour choice but as ever, these are subjective matters.

Yeah, well it's been dropped now. That pic above shows it in a very good light.....normally it looks way darker than that. Most people think it's black at first glance.
If the percentage held up across the total sales period, Nordic Green would be the rarest colour here. Rarer than the Yellow that was dropped after the first year of sales, and rarer than the Barney Purple of the SE (Shinka).

I've only ever seen one... in Sydney CBD last time I was there. Chatting to some of the dealers here when I was buying mine it was pretty clear none of them were going to order any in that colour as floor stock.
