Hello All ,

Well with only days away to this huge event, I seriously cannot not wait . It will be an awsum day thats for sure. This will be a record for number of RX8 on the road cruising at anytime in Australia 8) , so it will be quite a site for onlookers as you can imagine .

Ok now with the formalities, getting a map with the directions is a pain in the *** as I can put the link up but it will times out(B@stards ). All you pretty much have to do is go to Whereis.com and type the following which will give u the map. From: Princes Hwy, Heathcote New South Wales
To: Woronora Rd, Waterfall New South Wales

It is pretty much 2 roads from this servo, take the Princess Highway all
he way thru to Woronora Rd which takes you to the dam.

Getting a map from woronora dam thru to Wollongong will be difficult as this website takes you the most direct route and the way were going is the scenic route and also does not factor the new bridge . I will go on this run tonight and find some street name that will make it easier to follow. Basically, you have to urn right just before stanwell tops and then follow it all the way thru to wollongong. I believe the street that takes you along the following suburbs is called LAWRENCE HARGRAVE DRIVE. You will pass suburbs like COALCLIFF/CLIFTON/WOMBARRA/COALDALE/AUSTINMEER/THIRROUL/ BULLI/ FAIRY MEADOW.

Anyway I will confirm street names by tomorrow, possibly tonight. Finally I know I do not have to advise you people how to drive but I thought I should mention a few things . We are bound to see police along the way so we need sensible driving, especially with the number of cars attending. Im sure you could understand how we would not like this event marred by any incident whatsoever. Likewise @ Woronora Dam there is a full time security guard with access to a phoneline so nothing silly here please or anywhere along the way for that matter . So its just a heads up that we want this to be a great day so please take care, as I don't want anything to happen to you or your cars.

Ok I better go now and I will confirm later tonight street names. Sorry but Im not good with street names but I know how to get to places, and where we are going I know it with my eyes closed .

Cheers ,
Waldo / ZOOMBY / ZZOOM

Hey Waldo

Fellow called Hank might be joining us (sounded keen when I rang him today but I guess we'll see if he shows). Kunz and I met him at the Stage 2 Murcotts course we did last month.

Good bloke and he has a RotorMaster S/C kit to show off.

Name: CALTEX WOOLWORTHS HEATHCOTE
Address: 1344 PRINCES HIGHWAY
HEATHCOTE NSW 2233
Phone: 02 95482087
Fax: 02 95482086

Okay peoplez ,

Having gone for a run thru this route last nite , I checked all street names and can confirm all is correct. Although when we leave the Servo, the first turn off(on our right) is the OLD PRINCES HIGHWAY . As this takes us to the Dam, and also the scenic way thru to Wollongong . It is very important U do take this turn off, as if you miss it you could go the qwik way thru to the gong . Now I can't see it being a problem as I saw more signs along the way than a sign shop .

Hope this assists further, and let me know if u have any further questions .

Cheers,
Waldo / ZOOMBY / ZZOOM

Having shared lodgings with you TT, I can attest to the physical presence of your wind emissions, whether the climate is hot, cold or indifferent.

Brad: "Im going to make him cranky!"
Waldo: "OMG if you even touch that, your dead. Lol"
Waldo: *Cranky face*
