WOW what a first post ..Thanx for your comments ..I suggest you read All the thread , this time all parts including the Stealth Commodore Being An Australian First , not my kit as you incinuate ,
And secondly ,The dyno figures show no intake temps ,,I suggest you read again
I spoke about myself driving it hard and still having 27c intake temp . I was never phisically in the car when dyno'ing /tuning so I never posted air temps

Each to his own , Turbo / supercharger ,,Its your choice .I personally prefer Turbos ,Rotaries produce tonns of exhaust pressure ,comparable to a V8 ,and harnessing this free horsepower , which would otherwise be wasted out back, is what I believe the Rotary Designs finest attribute, plus its ability to rev

Smile Lots

Dave

The only reason i finaly signed up is to reply to your post......you have a good read of my first post that has been amneded as i went through and read all your post on the matter....................unbelivable stuff......

There is no free horse power in the exhaust my friend.......LOL.....u get more boost for less power with a turbo because of back pressure.....hence larger turbines make more power......engine needs to breathe.......boost means nothing but heat........hmmmmm........larger turbines hard to spool them up......bit of a balancing act......yes......ooops
I have owned many turbo rotories......even a low 9 sec car.........so don't go there......

I know i went off ......i dont deny it.........Ciao fair effort for a cheap custom set up......and thats it.......

Also what do V8 guys know about rotaries???????????? Especialy the Renisis ......

[QUOTE=Maxxx.
Maxxxi Maxxxi Maxxxi . UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHH>What a great way to enter a forum ,full speed ahead into a brick wall.(maybe would have been better to call yourself the "JUDGE").

You realy know how to ruffle up feathers dont you?
It would have been nice to see you write with a BIT of HUMILITY or INTEGRATY.VERRY DISSAPOINTED WHEN YOU SAID".......and u have the ***** to claim that the chinese junk you offer is superior "ALSO"it is some chinese junk copy with a realy COOL anodised aluminium bearing core ". YOU WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN IT BUT I'M AN IMPORTER OF QUALITY CHINESE PRODUCTS.So when you mentioned that your boyfriend purchased the product,HAS HE HEARD OF WARRANTY!!!!IF NOT WHAT A FCUKHWIT.HAVE YOU HEARD OF THE TRADE PRACTICE ACT.OBVIOSLY NOTT!!!! (An act in place to protect all consumers,All products sold must be of merchantable quality,Fit for purpase.etc.etc.for your reffrence section 71). What this is called is INSURANCE!!! I know that all products produced from any country arn't always going to be the best in the world but slandering CHINESE PRODUCTS in the way that you did is stupid, maybe do a bit of homework first befor you start blatenly writting off a product that you obviously know nothing about :fawk: ++The computer you use is more than likley made in CHINA"(some cheep IBM copy)"or most of it's internal components, and the FUNNY thing is that most of all the BIG American COMPUTER companys COMPUTERS are made in ASIA LOL!!!

A spirited debate about the pros and cons of parts and what Ciao is proposing is one thing guys but let's keep the personal insults out of it please.

Both of you are relatively new to the forum and should realise that most people here don't want flame wars.

If you've got a point to make than do so properly and play the ball not the man.

Just waiting for my gig at the Hornsby RSL inn Sydney ,and surfing on the net on my lappy, WOW. what a debarkle !!
Thankyou all who have PM'd me your support through this Disscredit attempt
Maxx , your comments are not even worthy of reply ...
Re Read and you will see that I am using an Australian design turbo ,manufactured in Australia by one of tyhe most reputible names in OZ ..We are using Garret housings BTW .
About China .Garret has a manufacturing plant in China building quality turbos

It is clear you have been sanctioned by someone to de fame me .
Your lies and accusations are not needed on this thread and your comments are not welcome here.

It would have been more believable if you did'nt use the forums quoting facilities etc, so perfectly ,I know when I entered the forum it took me a month to learn how to use them .Nice try but you have been caught out

Judging by the P.M 's Ive received , its not only me that has seen through this farse and disscredit attempt

I would appreciate support from the moderators to right these wrongs

Ciao

Dave

No need to remove yourself from the forum.

You appear to have a great deal of experience with rotary cars and modding generally. If you believe you have a valid contribution to make as a result, I'm sure people want to hear it. They can make their own assessment as to how worthwhile it is.

I just didn't want to see the thread degenerate into a slanging match. All that does is obscure the points that people are trying to make.

So let's tone it down fellas and get back to inanimate objects like cars, etc.

Well, so far I've fitted the Hymee catback, Whiteline adjustable sways and the RP short shifter (together with various bling, which I won't bore you with).

The cautious side of me is saying don't even bother with FI until the warranty has run out (still two years to go for me) and the various kits on offer have been around long enough for any bugs to have been ironed out but every now and then I get impulsive so who knows?

Maybe Hymee could use a Sydney demo car!!!

Of course, then I'd have to upgrade the wheels.
