It was a good day and I enjoyed meeting and getting to know everyone that showed up. A special thanks to all of you that took the time to drive in from different areas.

It had been raining all week and Sunday was looking wet but mother nature smiled on us and it was a perfect day weather wise.

I enjoyed the drive but the guy with no brake lights and driving 50 k in the 80K areas we got stuck behind on the way down kind of put a damper on things.

Even though our drive day was not as spirited as one would like sticking to speed limits , can be painful but we had a great day and meet some of the RX8 people

I agree - a great trip was had by all. Thanks Monte - those views of the Gold Coast were absolutely breath taking.

The amethyst python curled up above our table made for good conversation - and some tense moments when it decided to move!

Next time we'll make it an overnighter, and hopefully Michael will show us what exotic entertainment the Coast has to offer....
