Yep - as a passenger, of course.. I thought it would be a good opportunity to see how the other half do their cruises AND to get some hints on moving through Sydney traffic...
I am keen to catch up with Waldo, Revolver, Taka (if he makes it), Jellybean, Ottog and the others who were at the Nats.. Might even motivate some to do a carless Saturday night get together..
Airfares are cheap to Sydney ($89 each way in pig class) - accomodation is not bad through Wotif... Want to come down too? Leave Saturday and back Sunday night...

Hallo down under!
Sweden calling.
I have bought a Rx-8 which have had a fire inside the car. ( outside is perfect) I`m rebulding the car to a "Racecar a`la Rx-8" and am very interested in your results with the Procharger C-2 kit. This car will be a trackcar and never used on a regular basis. The car is completly empty inside, I`l only have ( for driving) the nessesary "items".
If there are somebody "down there" who can give some information on this kit I`l appreciate your reply very much.
Thank`s in advance.

Thank`s Timbo, but I`m interested in knowing what you and other members experience are with the kit. Bad - ok - good - excelient - super.
I have had a lot of contact with DNA Rotorsport- Sale about the ProCharger C-2 and know they are happy with the result. They are talking about getting up to 265 rwhp. What do you get on the Dyno ??

Lennart, I don't have one nor am I contemplating fitting one; there's a few fitted but probably more later this year after the Mazda factory warranty starts expiring on early purchased cars.
There have generally been positive reports on this mod

I can only offer 2nd hand info too.
I've met one of the guys who has had the kit fitted. He thought it was fantastic and the best mod he could have done.
Personally, I still think $12K plus is a lot of dough and would be more comfortable spending $8Kish on it.

Lennart,
Probably bad form for me to make specific comments in this thread. Drop us a PM or email (address on our site).
We have a well qualified European distributor for you when this goes to market.
Cheers,
Hymee.
PS - As an enthusiastic forum member, I should post my observations on the Procharger based kit at the nationals. I'll give it one thing... It did make the fastest lap time of the day, with a racing driver behind the wheel, and with slicks (semi-slicks?) on as well. How many laps they managed is another matter. But it is the time that counts I guess! The black dyno doesn't lie. LOL.
