RX-8 vs 350Z Track vs Monaro
Quite a good article this one, comparison of the above mentioned cars which gives it to the Mazda, but gives a fairly balanced view on all of them I think.

Thanks pepe good find ,i was lucky enough to test crive the rx8 at willowbank raceway in brisbane ,but until i i get a chance to drive the rx8 in the real world i will not be totally satisfied,this car will suit me,or the way i enjoy my driving, anyhow time will tell.

JSG posted in the main forum saying he had a day out in the mountains in Japan where he was driving reasonably hard and managed to get 276km on a full tank before the fuel warning light came on, which would put it at close to 20l/100km! I think you drive this car hard and you'll be paying at the pump in a big way. It's the biggest concern I still have about this car.

It (fuel consumption) is abig concern for us in the UK too. Our fuel is hideously expensive (£0.80 per litre).
But if you look at the total cost of a vehicle for xxx miles a year (say 15000) over 4 years, the biggest cost is depreciation.
We have 2 figures forthat now, one quite good, one awful...

It say fuel consumption for man is 12.6L/100km
auto 12.2L/100km

it say " mode fuel economy (national traffic economical examination value 9.4 for manual and 9.0 for auto"
