Tech Highlights CD
Has anyone is Australia tried to get their hands on the "Tech highlights" CD which has been discussed in other parts of this forum? It supposedly has about 500 Mb of technical information about the '8 and was sent out to all the dealers (in the US at least).
If you are wondering what I am talking about, do a search of the forum for "highlights".
I asked my dealer yesterday and, no surprise, they didn't really know about it. They said they did have a tech manual, but you need to be on the Madza computer system to open it, because you need a user id and password.
I tried to download a copy of the highlights CD via emule (similar to Kazaa) but it was going to take 2 days (literally) so I gave up.
Anyone else got a local copy?

I bought the VHS tape of the Technical highlights while at the all Mazda event in Vegas a few weeks back. Haven't had a chance to view it, but I think it has the same info as the CD.

I suspect I have seen this VHS tape also. We were shown a video about the RX-8 at the Sydney drive day which went for about 20 minutes talking about the various features of the car in PR speak. I believe the CD-ROM is more 'technical'. Thanks anyway!

Thanks all. I've got a copy of the CD on the way. If it's really good, I might be able to mail a few copies out. How many Aussies are on this forum anyway? 10, 20?
