Of course not... I am about the "moon" people while I am driving

Thanks auzoom for the website. It is a great site.

I have made the maps for the cruise and printed them out (it is very cruisy today at the office). So don't worry about making the map Andrew, I got it covered.

Anything need to bring for the lunch ILIV48 besides salad for me? Drinks?

I would just say for people to bring their own drinks along as people have different taste as to what they prefer to drink - diet, non diet, pepsi, coke, juice etc.

I will be bringing BBQ sausages, Chicken Fillets, steak, Bacon and some rolls. If anyone has a taste for some other type of meat then I suggest you bring some along.

For sure bring some salads. Taka is bringing some seafood based salads so if she is willing to make a non seafood salad that would be great. Some extra bread rolls would also probably come in handy as well.

Taka I am glad you are having a cruisy type of day. My week has been horrible and it's only going to get worse.

Cheers

2 sets of salad. I like it!

Yes I will swing by your place before going to Springvale Road.

I am glad that not a lot of people drop dead and the surgeon are finding hard to go convince the lazy nurses to work (hence no bed for surgery) and we don't have elective *(ususally big specimen) cases today.

Well let get our fingers crossed...

According the Bureau of Meterology:

At Healsville, the average number of clear day is 3.4 days, cloudy 15.2 days and rainy 14.0 days = 34.6 days in total. j/k In fact it is raining less than 1/2 chance in the foresty area = pretty good in May.

Plus it is pretty dry this month. This pattern will expect to continue until late May when it gets cold. Expect the winter does not come until mid June this year (all from BOM on the radio this p.m.).

Pity I missed the Doncaster mini-meet last week. Work kept me away! Sounds like you had fun.

My g/f is off to Europe on 13th May, so I'm up for it on the 15th...

I can bring some food - for any fellow vegetarians. Tofu burger, anyone?

That works. What time and where do you want to start the convoy? Presumable somewhere along the Melton Highway. Bunnings?

The Rx-8 club sticker looks like this and is available in the same colour as your car..

They are available for US$7 including postage to Australia - took about a week to get here...

Of course, I had to place another signficant sticker on the other side of the car lest I upset the delicate 50:50 balance of this high performance car.. :D

Taka I would suggest red or white if you have painted your calipers black...Definately not black.

I am thinking of painting it red with white letters. Hence black stencils. Thanks

I will be using PoLak method. Paint over a small area with white. Stick the stencil on. Paint it red. Let it dry and peel off.

Cruise Weather Update.

From BOM

Wednesday
Early shower or two. Min 11 Max 17

Trend for Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Mostly fine and mild.

The cool change comes probably Wed pm to night. It is unlikely at this stage that the next cool change will come before Sunday pm. So we are looking good. In my experience of bike riding and getting my dry bike ride. The cold front will become wider apart in autumn (> 4 days and mostly weak). The rain mostly come from troughs ... I don't understand that. But I don't see this wintery pattern yet.

I expect Sunday morning will be VERY COLD and sunny.... I am sure I will take my word back on the day.

I am quietly confident that we will have a good day.
