WHEELS Magazine Delay!
I have just received an email from WHEELS (See Below) on a delay concerning
the November 2007 Issue, because of a "WORLD EXCLUSIVE"???
Does anyone want to speculate on what the WORLD EXCLUSIVE is about?
Could it be something to do with MAZDA and our beloved RX-8?
Maybe about the "Rumored", and I stress "Rumored" return of the
16X (C) RX-7?
Or maybe it is just about the production Green light of GM's new RWD "Torana" WORLD medium sized car?
Dear Valued Subscriber,
Wheels magazine has secured a genuine world exclusive for the upcoming November issue due on sale on Wednesday 24th October. To ensure this story can run in the November issue, we have had to delay the distribution of subscriber copies. This means your home-delivered copy will not arrive before the on sale date. We anticipate all copies will be delivered no later than Monday 29th of October.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we're sure the end result will be worth the wait.
Yours sincerely,
Jesse Taylor

Holden's set to announce a new locally made mid-sized car to compete in the luxury segment while Ford's about ready to announce their new Falcon (officially).

Overseas manufacturers wouldn't stop the presses at Wheels.
OT for the Wheels subscribers - once your subscription runs out, do they send a renewal or is it up to you to keep track? I'm nearing the end of my first subscription.

Well this is OFFICIAL...
Yes, the WHEELS Mag Delay was because of the Nissan GTR 384KW Beast, at an estimated price of $160,000.00 AUD.
Also Inside a Duo between the Toyota Yaris and new Mazda 2, you can guess what one came out on top.
Also the Tokyo Motor Show, and the Mazda Taiki Takki, and the 16X, also says that the 16 will be in the next gen RX-8..

Tokyo (Japan) is 30 minutes behind Adelaide (Australian) time so 15.10 is 15.40 here..

Well, I reckon it's all a scam on subscribers. Just picked up a copy at the local newsagent. Nothing special, apart from some new Datsun. Imagine that! A $150k Datto...IF they bring it here
Makes an M3 look good value, the 135i coupé a bargain, and the EVO X will get all the sales

Don't knock the marina. I had a 4cylinder 1850 with a ported and polished head. Heaps of power and mechanically indestructible. Apart from trim (mostly window winder handles) issues. Flogged the daylights out if it for 4 years - never had a problem.
