ZOOMBY'S NEW STORMY BLUE RX8 RIDE (Heapz of Piks inside)
Hi Peoplez
Some of you mite remember me(old timers, still do ), I use to own an Velocity red Rx8 (for 2years). And was a lot more active member more so in the au. site and on here aswell, as I use to organise the RX8 cruises(which I hope to start again) in Sydney .I haven't be as active in the forums due to work, for those wondering were id disaapeared too...
Anyway I reappeared, at the last sydney cruise organised by dave-revolver(old timer ),with my new rx8. I decided to buy another rx8, for a variety of reasons, but i hadn't posted piks of my new Stormy blue Rx8 as yet.
Theres a few differences, to my last 8.
-Customs Black and Blue leather interior with blue stiching, which was a pain to wait that extra time to get done, but i like the result.
- STORMY BLUE - awsum colour, i find its like velocity red but blue in the way it sparkles...and it sort of shines different shades depending the weather and lighting ...as u will see in the piks.
- leather pack...unlike my last.
- a few lil other things..
Piks are from day 1 to current...although I want a bodykit/new rims/coilovers/turbo...in the future...gimme a lil time plzzz lol.
Heres the piks and I hope u like em...sorry bout the length of the post too haha.

Good to see you back Waldo.
Have been trying to keep the Sydney cruise home fires burning during your absence and am happy to pass over the cruise director's hat for a while...

Welcome back. I'm sure Dave will be happy for the assistance with cruise organisation.
I like what you have done with the interior
Have you managed to get the RX8 transfer in the brake light of this one?
Cheers
Tony

Looks great mate.I did get to see it for real as I followed you through the national park after the last cruise. Love the custom interior(don't like the factory leather set up).. Would defiantly be keen for another Sydney cruise asap.

Wally, my little buddy, good to see you back! That interior is awesome, hate to think what it cost but it looks the goods.
Oh, and I see you stole the wheels off your old VR?

definitely good to be back, and thanks the interior cost me a pretty penny thats for sure ...but well worth it, as im really happy with it ....
and ur rite, i did keep the wheels...as they were not goin to give me a better trade in price, so i returned everything on the VR8 to stock....And + I always did like these wheels a lot, but I do want a change in the future... possibly Black SSR Prof II or something similar, along with a list of other mods
nice to hear from u mate

And no it was not a factory dealer option , although I did go thru Mazda to get it done when i bought the 8, b4 i received the keys...They use DOYLES @caringbah, for all there custom leather requests who are certified and are one of few out there who have done major testing with upholstering seats with airbags...They also provided me with a 3 year warranty aswell, so if it fades/cracks etc it will get replaced ...

thanks buddy , i was always a big fan of the velocity red(still am), but this has now taken its place, since the day i saw it ... Its almost just like the VR but in Blue the way it shines n specklez in different lighting and especially on a sunny day is awsum .
And thanks again mate, good to be back here
Cheers,
