Where did everybody go? I know it was raining but come on. I showed up about 2:15 and almost everybody was leaving.

I went by at about 2:20ish and there were about 15 cars or so there i just kept going, didnt even bother to stop and get out of the car...

Wow, what's up with that? Good thing some people did bother to stop and get out of their cars. By 3pm we had roughly 40 cars and actually brought all the cars to the covered shelter just off to the side of the lot... will make for some pretty cool pics.

Thanks to everyone who braved the rain and made this a good meet. The BBQ was a huge success once again this year .

Hopefully some 8's will show up for the cruise tomorrow...

I have to thank Will and friends for the nice BBQ, I was more than please that the BBQ turn out more interesting than the meet, it suck the see only a few RX8 around but than again, I feel very welcome from the RX7 members that obviously are more a family than the 8's, thank you so very much and looking forward to see all the new faces I met at the next meeting...Hat OFF Will

thats where you guys ended up? no wonder i didnt see anything the second time around... i didnt even think to bother looking in the walkway.... ah well... next year, when i will (hopefully) have my own car to join in with

Great to see at least a few RX-8 owners come out to these meets! And as you've noticed, I've been part of the community for a long time... :D

Apparently the RX-8 owners didn't bother showing up... Weather reasons... Bravo to the 5, that's right, 5 RX-8's that managed to show up and stick around for the BBQ at Rxcetera's place... Only 3 RX-8's bothered with the main event...

I know Danielson had prior engagements... but at least he managed to show up and stick around... get to know a few people... Hell, even hit on a few people!!! LOL :D

It's unfortunate more of the GTA guys couldn't make it out... I know, I know.. Long weekend and family come first... Hopefully the later events in the season will help prove the RX-8's are just as interested as the RX-7 owners...

2 main events fast approaching, Bruce County and the T.O. Mazda HQ meet.... Details on both events will be posted up soon...

Glad to see everyone in Ottawa had a good time this past weekend and we all look foward to seeing the great pics. Just to put things on the table, I think the '8 owners showed their intrest at the D&B meet. What were there 40 or 46 rx-8's there? I lost count. But it was nice to see the '7 owners to show up there even if they didn't bother to bring their car. We all know who is intrested people in the club are.
