So based upon:
-> 9 dyno + tiune and 2 dyno only participants
-> Facility cost of $1000
-> Jeff travel cost of $1000
-> $40 deposit thrown into kitty for cancellation (to be used for food and pop/juice/water).
Costs for Dyno + Tune:
$202 - $40 deposit = $162 (please bring cash -- exact change)
Costs for Dyno only:
$91 - $40 deposit = $51 (please bring cash -- exact change)
Going to be a great day!

no agenda

Alex wins the day at 252hp and 198 lb torque.
I came in second with 230hp, no torque reading as we were having issues with the rpm pickup at that time.
Third was ThunderRX8 (Scott) at 204hp NA!!!!! What more can you say about the Cobb and MazdaManiac's skillz.

It was a great day... and long. Finished up about 10pm. Most of the guys stayed all day... very cool.
It was great to finally meet Jeff and he did a great job. Thanks to everyone for coming out, it was nice seeing so many new and familiar faces. Sorry you couldn't make it gecko, I hope your daughter is ok.
Special thanks to ShellDude who came to the event all the way from Philly! And get this, he has 5 kids and managed to talk his wife into him buying an 8 -- what a salesman!
Big thanks to the guys at Spitfire for staying so late. For those that don't know Spitfire, they are hard core enthusiasts making many of their own parts for turbo kits, etc... Great guys to work with on mods.
There was quite a range in numbers between all of the cars. Unfortunately for many of us, our cars were not able to measure torque, just HP. As far as HP goes, I believe the range was 138 to 204 for NA and as Scott highlighted above, 230 for Nitrous and 252 for Turbo. We had one automatic in the mix, recording the lowest amount of HP.
It was interesting with BrianGT's result that the Cobb increased his HP from 191 to 193 but grew his torque by about 7 pounds! In my case, Cobb added 13hp, FROM 191 TO 204! Over the next few days, hopefully everyone can post their results.

Splitfire Performance not Spitfire performance...its the WW2 fighter you're talking about ... that fighter got a Rolls-Royce Merlin 45 supercharged V12 engine with 1,470 hp at 9,250 ft (1,096 kW at 2,820 m)...
Thanks rx8thunder who organize this, and wcs to get us sandwiches, water, beer, and nitrous for laughing purposes...
And yeah, Jeff is the man. Everyone who came are winners too.
I miss those Avatars girl Jeff brought...oh man...they were so hot! :P

Jeff said that the automatic's he tests, generally fall into the 130 to 170 range, so ShellDude's auto came in on the lower side of that, at 138. I believe his car is an 04 or 05 but am not sure.
