[GroupBuy] EBC Rotors & Pads
Hey Guys,
I managed to get a group buy set into place with the guys at First Force. I spoke with the owner Joe and he gave me this proposition. We Need 6 members in order to get the deal. So I have had a few people message me already regarding brakes so I decided to try and set up this group buy for the club.
So here is the price breakdown that was given to me. ***You can just get pads if you want for the same discount pricing***
EBC 3GD Sport Slotted & Dimpled Rotors:
FRONT: $193.00+tax REAR: $191.00+tax
GreenStuff Pads:
FRONT: $79.25+tax REAR: $70.00+tax
RedStuff Pads:
FRONT: $84.95+tax REAR: $79.25+tax
YellowStuff Pads:
FRONT: $94.52+tax REAR: $88.79+tax
Cost of FULL set of Rotors + Greenstuff Pads:
$533.25 +tax = **$602.57**
Cost of FULL set of Rotors + RedStuff Pads:
$548.20 +tax = **$619.47**
Cost of FULL set of Rotors + YellowStuff Pads:
$567.31 +tax = **$641.06**
So if you are interested to partake in this group buy please add your name to the list below alongside the setup you wish to purchase. I hope this helps the club out in some way. If anyone has questions feel free to ask.
1. Mazda_RX804 (REDSTUFF w/Rotors)
2. Klzebob (REDSTUFF PADS ONLY)
3. 9291150 (REDSTUFF w/Rotors)

I gotta ask him if the deal applies to the whole package only or if you can pic and choose items. As for the gold rotors. They don't stay gold. After use they become silver. Ans the black USRs aren't as good as the 3GD rotors. I'm sure I can get pricing for yellows and blues if anyone is really interested.

Perhaps this is out of date I don't know. Not a deal-breaker, though.
Put me down for the rotors plus yellowstuffs package. Prefer black finish rotors if available.

I just called Joe he says those black ones are for domestic vehicles. The jdm vehicles come in gold finish. The gold wears off one the disc face. Only part that stays gold is the hub part. If you guys can please copy and paste the above list and ad your username and what kit your going with. Thanks

^^ k ill post them tomorrow.
When i first picked up my setup i had no idea what the greenstuff and redstuff were. I wanted a nice setup, so i was recommended the EBC + green. The owner of the store had it on his 350z, so it was something that could see and it looked good. If I were to choose again i'd go for red just because the dusting of the green makes the rotor orangy sometimes until you start driving and press the brakes again. It doesnt happen too often though.
either way both are waaaayyyyy better than stock that's for sure. Im happy with the setup i have now, definitely a great buy and a first mod for me lol.

as promised....
sorry for the crap self phone pics. The setup looks good but as mentioned you get excess brake dust with the green stuff when it rains, but quickly washes off when you use your brakes. and mind the rotor, it needs painting, and my winter rims.

i got my setup already, its ordered. 4 week waiting period. I got the last rear rotors in stock just waiting on the red stuff pads and front rotors. He gave me the deal for organizing the whole group buy. So come on 5 people 3-4 more people.
