Since we don't appear to have a home base yet, lets just stay here for now.
IDEA:
Maybe we can get together with the RX-7 gang and create a bigger rotary club for rx-2,3,4,7,8, etc.??
Even the Suzuki RE-5 motorcycle, and the NSU??

Hey guys... I've run a few forums before... not exactly rocket science as they put it.
The only thing is.. it cost $$$ to have it privately hosted. UNLESS, you guys don't mind it being held through a public service like EZBOARD (can be slow at times, and you get ad pop-ups)
Check it out and let me know...
http://www.ezboard.com/
One more thing... I actually like the idea of keeping things on this site.. it has more traffic, and an awesome global community. Although we have regional group focus, I think people (especially newcomers) would enjoy coming to this site more.

I have also gone thru organizing a couple of clubs and having to make these decisions....... and i would have to say that this site is too good to leave for
If something aint broke why ditch it?

Hello everyone,
Some of you guys might know me through internet. I am the administator for the BC RX-7 Club.
Our club started over three years ago basically same way that you guys are doing here. We started talking about having a club on the rx7 forum and I decided to start a website and forum since nobody was taking the initiative.
We went through lots of up and downs and took a while before we had a good number of visitors.
But today we have over 1000 members and we are perhaps one of the biggest rotary clubs in Canada, if not the biggest.
It was mentioned before on the BC RX-7 forum by one of you guys that perhaps we can all get together and have a big Rotary Club. We have always welcomed any rotary owner and enthusiast on our site. Some of our active members even have such cars like Mazda B2200 with a 13B in it.
Perhaps it is time for all of us to join each other and take the next big step and become a big club like bcrotary or something.
Just a thought since there is already an active forum avilable, all that it needs to be done is a new logo and purchase of new domain names.
We can perhaps discuss this and it would be good for all of us, and it would be nice to have the help of some people with experience in clubs and such like Biu as I know he has helped quite a bit before with P5 club.
Just post on here or email me on what you think

Welcome to our little home here BCrx7 hehe, again, thank you for the section on your site set up for us 8 owners, it is appreciated, just gotta get more of us going there as well.
I agree on the idea of keeping the info here, but I like the idea of having a section which only member of the club would get info from, but that would be secluding others from us, which I guess would discourage others from joining us, hehe
Well, hopefully, by the end of the week, I will post a date for the duffy drive thanks in part to suggestions from Ray and Dan. And helped along by Usoff's pics...
I am also trying to set up for those of you who are xbox fans, and in particular Halo, I am trying to set up a lan party for 16 people, I invited guys from the bcrx7 forum as well, so I will try to get that organized soon too.
Hopefully, we can set up a meeting for those interested in heading up our Club project, Ussof, Vince, myself, Dan, Rohit, Andrew(wak), and it looks like bcrx7 is interested too, so, maybe we can use all our thoughts to make this happen, and maybe make it even bigger than we thought it would be, lets think provincially, hehehe, that would be interesting, maybe farfetched, and a little too grandiose, but who knows, maybe we can get the ball rolling, and watch it roll down the hill and keep building momentum... so, keep the ideas coming, and lets see what we can do.

Was just thinking, in July or August, we should go for a drive to the interior, and include other rotaries from kamloops, and other such areas, and do a BBQ or something at a campgrounds, just a thought.
