buddman which dealership did you see the white one at? Kinda funny because the dealer told me that the 05 won't be in until Dec (trying to pressure me into buying the 04 now).

I feel your pain. Its a dilemma because I want the car now especially after test driving it but I know the longer I wait the more desperate they will be to move the 04s. I bought my wife a brand new 05 Corolla XRS and only financed 13,000 for it. Got rid of my F150 and now she is being nice because I sacrificed and am driving the 98 Nissan minivan to work and my young troops are calling me soccer mom, grrr. So she said I could trade the van in even though she didn't want to because its paid for and only has 75,000 miles on it to but after she sat in the car and saw my joy of testdriving it she gave in. To boot I am on leave for the rest of the month and want to get the car and drive. Damn, patience for a better deal is killing me but at least the 4 dealers I am working with don't know how bad off I am mentally. Especially reading this forum and being so envious of everyone

I love it so much that I ordered a set of winter tires as well as added a scoop, mud guards and a clear bra by 3m Scotchguard to protect it.
If you get one, hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I'm always looking for excuses to go somewhere, the further the better.

I have a tip for you to save time...with every patient that you get, just rip all their teeth out and be done with them. You can then go shop for a car feeling secure in the fact that nobody will be waiting for you back at the office. :p

Fb's rock!

Toronto takes quite a while to get the new edition stuff because the cars get shipped to Vancouver (by ship) and then are railed to the rest of the country.
I seen the White one at 7Stock on the weekend and I didn't like the color.
If I had to explain the "Pearl WHite" Rx-8. The paint looks very metallic but not pearl.

I was just at Sunridge taday picking up my car. One of the White cars is already sold. They had three silver cars in the lot but I don't know what year they are.
...for the record; white doesn't do the car justice.

Those dealers are bunch of liars! Sunridge and Kramer both told me Nov/Dec for 05! Well, hey, these are the same guys that told me members of the forum were liars. Yea ... I'm tempted to just tell every one of my patients that they need their teeth out just so I can finally get the car.
rotten42 ... guess you got your car back. Hope this one doesn't blow up either!

Glad to hear you have your new car rotten42. Was Brad your salesperson?, Back to the white ones, sorry don't like at all, boring, a bit of metallic speckle but nothing to write home about, in the shade it looks even more boring, again very dissappointing. Our opinion....
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

I didn't just by, I just got my car back after a new engine was put in. I must say I can already teel the difference between this engine and the last one. This one is much smoother than my first engine. (I bought off of Tony McSorley)
As for the white....I think it looks ok in sunlight; boring on average light. I just think that white on most cars tends to mute the lines of the car. With the white RX the front fenders don't seem to bulge like they seem to on other colors.

Hey guys ... I know that you guys have probably seen pics of the white 05 rx8 on the main forum but the guy didn't have up close pic of the car. Anyhoo, I was passing by Sunridge Mazda and decided to pop by to take a quick look at the white version.
Not that spectacular as the other guys have mentioned. Broose, I remember you wanted to know if the paint had metalic blue in it ... well it doesn't. i took a pic for you guys. I got one of the car, the paint and a zoom view of the pearl paint.
