Dudes, I just got back from my 48K service at Erin Mills Mazda, and lemme tell you, it was a great experience! The service manager is a really cool guy, and the service advisers know their stuff and they are all friendly. It cost me the agreed $228 and change, and they even checked my spark plugs (which are in good condition). So, I think I'll make these guys my dealers, and my next service would be at 64K. Rems31, I know you had a bad experience with them, and I'm sorry that you had that, but I had a really good experience, so I guess it just depends on the person and the staff on hand. Well, that's my report, take care guys, and God Bless you all!

Ben.

P.S. My car is in great condition as well, thanks to God!

Red face Servicing Questions

You can ask your servicing dealership for a print out of the 48,000km service interval breakdown. The estimate can only be 10% lower then the price you ended up paying- so you may want to speak with someone. As for the previous owners service records.. if you know where the vehicle may have been servicing you can give that dealership the vehicle VIN & they should be able to provide you with a record of services done.

Tell me how that is possible! Did you guys every experience paying this much for your 48K service? P.S. I'm at 55K, but I bought the car at 52K, so even though the lady that owned the car said she did everything, I had no record of it, so I thought I would get back into the services starting with the big one. Any suggestions?

Thanks and God Bless.

Ben.

Ben,

Right on! Glad things are cool with the mechanics. Hey only a few more months of winter and then warmer and cleaner days for our 8's.
