Can you help me with the location of 7 Stock North, please? I somehow got the impression that you were with Mississauga Mazda but that seems to have changed to a Honda dealer??

 

No, its not in Mississauga. 7 Stock North will be held in Scarboro Mazda on August 23, 2009.

Just to keep everyone update........The event is moving along, some of the added highlights....Just confirmed with Mazda Canada that they will authorize a special one day sale on all Mazdaspeed parts! Also the same for BFGoodrich and Michelin Tires more to come stay tuned! Some of you had offered to help so I would appreciate if you contact me as we are almost within 30days!

So Al, the Mazdaspeed parts sale. Is it like... 10% off? 25% off? Or what're the details? Does it apply to all MS branded stuff? Or just performance parts? Cuz I've kinda been jonesing for an MS oil cap :D

 

It will be any Mazdaspeed accessory listed on our Canadian Mazdaspeed list. All I can tell you is the discount for that day only will be deeper than ever before. You have to be here that day and prepay any order, we have a special order window the next day and we cannot return any parts to MCI after we order them.

 

So umm... can I get an idea of how much an MS exhaust will cost?

Guys in all seriousness most of you have become my friends, but I truly cant publish what discounts we will sell the Mspeed parts at. I was asked not to do so before or after the event, and I have to honor my commitment!

As the date is fast approaching, I've talked to Al about what we can help. While he has most logistics locked down already, there is one big concern - PROMOTION.

Although we are dedicated rotards, we do need more traffic to make this a truly awesome event.

I would like to ask for help from you folks here, since we have a past record of being able to walk the talk and organize something meaningful and fun. (eg, BEMC Mosport - May 10th 2009 Lapping)

Well, this is the time. Due to your effort and Al's relentless pursuit of his passion in racing, he was able to get Mazdaspeed USA to bring their multi-million ALMS team to showcase in this event. As you know, this will be the biggest in Canada for the number of Mazda racing teams + classic rotary cars (cosmos + rx7s).

Now all we need is a way to get people to come.

Requirements:

2)Web forum promotion
Al got rx8club, rx7club, miata, mazda6 folks.

I NEED PEOPLE TO REACH OUT TO OTHER CAR FORUMS as well.

That will include mazda3, mazdaspeed3, protege, volkswagen, nissan, etc etc...

I need someone to especially promote about this event in mazda3 communities as well since they have numbers and dedications as shown by previous events they got. Someone need to let these guys know about the Mazdaspeed sale and the event during MoTM.

3)Social network promotion
I will set up info of the event on facebook and please join the group and I NEED YOU TO SEND IT TO ANY CAR NUT IN YOUR TORONTO NETWORK.
