I just had the MSP16 done two days ago. It runs better than ever sooo smooth, not like it wasn't already smooth but now it is silky creamy smooth.

Back on topic: I had mine done yesterday... I agree that is does seem to run smoother. I have a AT, and find that the car now seems to stay in a lower gear through acceleration thus keeping the rpms up. Before it could not wait to get into 6th gear make the car feel sluggish.

Technical Service Bulletin. They are used by manufacturers to notify dealers of a potential issue (generally not safety related) with a vehicle that the dealer may repair, under warranty, if a customer's vehicle is found to exhibit the symptoms of the TSB. You will tend to see a lot of these issued for the first year of a new vehicle, as there are always small issues that are not discovered during design and testing that will crop up when you start selling in quantity and the owners start racking up the miles.
This is not the same as a recall, which must be performed on a vehicle regardless of whether it is still covered under the manufacturers warranty. These tend to be related to major mechanical failures that would occur early on in the vehicle's life, or would affect the safety of the occupants.
