Anyone in GTA with Borla or RB exhaust?

Actively considering these two cat-back exhaust systems. From what I've read and heard through Youtube, RB is a safe choice (not too loud and no droning) but I'm kind of more drawn to Borla with its apparent deeper tone. Not sure if or how much louder it is than the RB exhaust though and whether one sounds better in person than the other.

I live in the Oakville area and if you're open to it, would love to swing by if you have one of these exhausts and are from the GTA.

Would also love to hear comments from those that have heard both. Thanks!

Scott

Great, thanks for the leads. I'll also look into attending the meet on the 19th that you referenced. I assume there must be a thread on it. Appreciate it.

This hear is the thread, https://www.rx8club.com/canada-forum-35/official-spring-install-meet-r-p-m-140093/ . If all goes well with my exhaust, and you do attend, you should be able to hear, a RB, Greddy, and a Mspeed that day. Maybe a Borla, if my dummy buddy will respond soo enough.

Club price is excellent. How do I get access to that (sorry about newbie question)?

Here are the prices I got for the others, including installation locally:

Borla $838

The club price is from Khan Motorsports, they are a local vendor, here in GTA. They deal with Dufferin Mazda, prices might have dropped more. If you are very much keen on teh Mspeed, I'll see if I can get you the same deal, my exhaust (haven't got it yet, but quoted) roughly 588. Just waiting for the week of the 19th, to go pick it up.

Springs and dampers I could prolly get you at the price that US sells for if not a bit cheaper. My bud likes it when I buy more at the same time, and I like it too, better price. I'll get you the prices this Sat or Fri, and send you a PM, with availability.

Some parts you can get a good price on, others not so great. I checked intake exhaust strut bar prices with him. I think I checked springs too, but forgot if it was better or not, I think it was better. Will double check along with dampers.

Good idea, was curious about pricing on rear strut as well. Need to do some research on sway bars. I hear progressive are really good.

FYI, I PM'd RPM about cost to install springs/dampers in case I get them.

Thanks for the tip. What does FTW stand for? What made you decide on Tanabe? I've read elsewhere upgrading endlinks aren't necessary. What are your thoughts on that?
