What else do you know about this car show? Are they new/used/modified? All types of cars i.e. sports/suv/family etc...? I'd go if it sounded like a decent show of different cars and accessories for the 8.

All About Cars Show
Hey guys, just thought I'd chime in.
The show is actually on Saturday October 23 (10am-9pm) and Sunday October 24 (10am-6pm). The show is focusing on something totally different from your typical car show [crappy civics, models which are all under the ages of 14, $25 dollar admission, $15 dollar parking). The platinum sponsor for the event is Bridgestone.
The show will be focusing on consumer education, entertainment and product liquidation for alot of automotive companies before winter hits.
On the consumer education side of things, you'll get to learn alot more about cars overall. There will be demonstrations with working displays on how fuel injection works, the difference between REAL synthetic oil and crude oil (I can introduce you guys to some of the ppl who were involved in developing the Mazdaspeed RX8 for Mazda that was used for TARGA racing in Newfoundland), how to pull dents out, where to go to school if you wanted to learn how to race, etc. There will be many other demonstrations as well as group seminars in separate rooms.
On the entertainment side, there will be F1 simulators free for all to try, a R/C car race/drift-off demonstration sponsored by Tamiya with a 'test and try area' for the crowd, a roll over simulator that incorporates a real rotating car that shows how a person would be injured in a car accident with seat belts using a dummy, and more. Besides all the cool demonstrations, games, and prizes for everyone, might I add you could WIN a Ferrari 360 Modena for a weekend!
On the liquidation side, all of Toronto's vendors are doing a MASSIVE liquidation on product to clear inventory for 2004. This includes tires (winter ones too), wheels, stereo systems, accessories, car care products, etc. Alot of vendors are cutting down prices by 50%-75% off.
Feel free to msg me if you want more info or go to www.allaboutcars.ca
Oh, and if anyone is curious about my Project RX8 before it goes into the garage all winter for wrenching... it'll be in the show!
See ya there guys..
