BC RX-8 - End of September Party (Sat, Sep 27)
Collin has graciously volunteered his apartment's party room for our little End of September Party event. We'll have some food, play a bit of pool and poker. Just hang out and have a wonderfully good time.
Date: Saturday
Time: Around dinner-ish time
Location: Collin's Place (Remember that this forum is public. Please do not post addresses here.)

I will be handing out DVDs from our 600 kilometer BC Cruise up to Pemberton, Lillooet dam, Lyton Valley and Hope.
We have over 600 pictures = 1 DVD
We have 30 minutes of video = 1 DVD
If you did go on the cruise, and you are at this next meet, you will get your DVD set earlier than the other members who went on the cruise. (Provided they want the DVDs)

Man... you guys make me feel guilty! I wish you were here too!
BC is a great place to drive (outside the city). We could always use more great people, in great cars.

tips on maintaining a desirable life-style and surviving the living costs here in vancouver:
-marry into money(this however has been known to cause a man's ***** to fall off and in it's place grow a vagina)
-drug dealing(will almost certainly shorten your life though)
-get a moderate paying job with tons of holiday and vacation days and a strong union ie.) teacher (this could cause you to drop significantly in social status and be despised by both elite and uneducated right wingers)
so, there it is folks. everything worthwhile in life has a price to pay. the only question is how much you are willing to pay to get it

That sounds about right... but it took me a quick 2 minutes after reading that to realize that I cannot do any of those
Vancouver will always be a "vacation destination" to me so as long as the cost of living there is so sky high soo beautiful though.. and those damn roads... damn, I love driving up Seymore Mountain, and that other one to the west, some Grouse Mountain parkway or something like that.
Belcarra park in north Coquitlam is nice too!
